– Mainly, delivery would be attempted only once(depends on the situation). If the delivery is not executed during that attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order.
– In the case of customized products or organized events, there may be a slight variation from the picture/video shown. We shall, however, ensure our best to keep it as close to the photograph/description as possible.
– The product specifications (weight, size, color, etc.) mentioned with the product photos is only approximate. There may, hence, be a variation in the pictures and the respective products. SAFRINA, in its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control.
– The product/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied and SAFRINA disclaims all or any of them to the fullest extent. SAFRINA does not warrant that the products/services offered will be error-free, or that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
– Under no circumstances whatsoever shall SAFRINA be liable for any loss of data, lost profits or any damages whatsoever including, without limiting, any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages that result from the use of or inability to use the products/services offered in the site. Terms for ‘same-day delivery feature
– Surprises ordered through the ‘same-day delivery feature will be delivered between 6 PM and 11 PM on the chosen date, within 15 km from Model Town Extn. Ludhiana-02
– For deliveries beyond 15 km, please call +9198550 00022 to check the possibility of delivery through the ‘same day delivery service.
– If the person you’ve addressed the Product to is unavailable at the given address or unreachable at the time of delivery or an incorrect address has been shared, we will attempt to communicate with the receiver to ensure delivery. If the receiver is still unavailable/location is drastically different from the address shared while ordering, then we can not assure delivery on the same day.
– While we always try 100% to ensure deliveries on time, there could be delays due to weather, calamities and other unavoidable reasons that are beyond our control. In such cases, your surprise will be delivered at the earliest.
Delivery terms during the COVD-19 pandemic period
– In case of delay in delivery of your gift due to the delivery Pincode being in a COVID-19 containment zone (as updated by respective State/Central Government), we cannot assure when your order will be delivered. In such cases, no refunds or order cancellations will be allowed.
– Our range of eGifts/Virtual Gifts can be delivered on time while the COVID-19 pandemic lasts.
Use of client images/data privacy
– Your secrets are safe with us, along with your personal details, photos and anything else you share. All the files you share to customize your order are permanently deleted after the order is completed.
