In an unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 working days of the order, we shall cancel the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.

Furthermore, we offer a variety of delivery options to suit your needs.

Standard Delivery: We use a reliable third-party courier to deliver your order. Standard delivery usually takes between 3-7 working days from the time you place your order, depending on location.

Express Delivery: For urgent orders, we offer next day delivery for customers based in the India. Please note that orders placed after 3pm on any given day will be delivered on the following working day.

International Delivery: We offer international shipping to many countries. Delivery times will vary depending on the country. Please contact us for more information.

Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Delivery charges are subject to change.

Order Tracking: When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This will allow you to track the progress of your order.

Incorrect Address: If we are provided with an incorrect address, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time.

Returns & Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact us for more information.

Damaged Items: If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package damaged, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

*Note: In the event, we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above-canceled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your bank’s processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
